Batch Requestor count is high and does not get destroyed in SMA

Summary



It is observed that :
Batch requestor count is growing high.
Stale requestors are still present in  System Management Application (SMA).

Error Messages



Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into the PRPC system using any  browser (IE/Firefox/Chrome)
  2. Leave the session idle for few minutes.

Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. 
 

Resolution



This issue is resolved by Hfix-9068.
