Benefit set table alignment displays incorrectly

Summary
The Benefit set table alignment displays incorrectly. Unable to add new Groupers and Benefits created on Product Composer System for Healthcare 7.31. This occurs while using Product Composer System for Healthcare 7.31 on Pega 7.31.
Error Messages
EffectiveDate: 2018123+ is not a valid date value.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Benefit Set
- Verify the Property type of Effective Date on the Clipboard (DateTime is used instead of Date)
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-52800.
