Benefits or grouper are missing when creating new plans



The stand alone benefits or grouper which are added in the plan level, do not display. This occurs after copying the details from the product and performing a Save as" for the converted plans.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the application
  2. Proceed a new plan creation with 'Save As new Version’ flow from the convert plan object
  3. Proceed till ‘Configure Benefits’ screen and verify the available benefits and groupers

Root Cause

While upgrading from Pega Customer Service (PCS) 7.13 to PCS 7.21, the property PrevSelectedProduct refers to ALiasname instead of the version Identity. Hence, on reiterating a plan all the stand alone benefits are missing while performing a Save as of the new version.
