Root Cause
'Node level information will not be added to the manifest when getAllProperties is selected in the extract rule form for XML extraction' is being printed through 'INFO Forced' logger level , which is increasing the size of the log file and impacting performance
Resolution
Hot fix HFix-25891 was provided to change the logger to 'Debug', which has improved the performance of extraction drastically.
