BIX Extract rule execution record absent in Execution History

Summary



While executing a Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX) Extract rule, the below message displays.
'The operation completed successfully, but returned no content.'

However, a record of this is not present in the Execution History tab.



Error Messages



[tp-apr-8080-exec-340] [STANDARD] [ ] [POWDev:01.01.01] (internal.RepositoryManagerImpl) ERROR web-abc-web-bcd-dt1.your_cloud.net|127.0.0.1 [email protected] - file://pegacloudfilestorage:/sftp/PegaFileTransfer/bix is not a folder.

com.pega.platform.integrationengine.repository.RepositoryException: There was an issue during listing files in the directory. The specified path does not exist or it is not a directory


Steps to Reproduce



Execute a BIX Extract rule manually from Pega Designer Studio.


Root Cause



The BIX folder was not present in the S3 repository. Additionally, the required roles were unavailable in the access group.


Resolution



Perform the following local-change: 
  1. Add the BIX folder in the '/pegafiletransfer' location.
  2. Add the PegaRules:SysAdm4 roles in the required access group.
