Error Messages
ERROR SQL error while reading the blob: errorCode = 17014 errorMessage:ResultSet.next was not called
ERROR vp15603_sa - SQL error getting the next row to be extracted
Steps to Reproduce
Run the BIX Extract rule using an agent or a manual.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
After performing an upgrade, the user has not imported latest BIX ruleset and did not change OJDBC jar according to the Pega Platform and Java versions.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:- Import the Pega version specific to the BIX ruleset version
- Install OJDBC jar according to the Pega Platform version and Java version being used
