BIX extract rules missing from 'Records Technical' drop down



Administrator installed Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX) 7.1 on Pega 7.1.6 and updated the application rule and ruleset to include Pega-BIX:07-10-xx, where “xx” is the patch version that matches the version of Pega 7 you are running.

Developers are able to create new extract rules but when they navigate to the
 Records > SysAdmin list, the extract category and extract rules are not displaying.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install BIX onto Pega 7.1.6
2. Open the Records >SysAdmin records and notice the 'Extract' listing is missing

Root Cause

The root cause of this issue is an installation issue.  While the Pega-BIX:07-10 ruleset was added to the base ruleset version in the application rulesets list, it was placed before the rest of the rulesets in the list.  It actually needs to be at the end, after all the other rulesets in the list.


This issue is resolved by making the following change to the PRPC operating environment:
Update the base ruleset of the application so that the Pega-BIX:07-10 is the last ruleset listed.
