BIX Extraction does not extract records for XML outputs

SUMMARY
BIX Extract rule does not extract records despite the extraction completing successfully. The issue occurs for XML outputs. The XML output contains Open and Close tags for that particular extract class, however it does not append extracted data in the XML output file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
ROOT CAUSE
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The BIX extraction completes successfully even when an invalid date time value is present in the database. Although the InvalidValueFormat Exception occurs at runtime, the extraction continues.
RESOLUTION
Apply HFix-36840.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Create a BIX Extract rule to generate an output in XML format.
- Select any DateTime property (store the data in multiple formats, instead of the same format).
- Run the Extract rule.
