BIX extracts date properties in internal format

Summary
After upgrading from PRPC 5.5 to Pega 7.1.7, BIX extracts date properties in internal Pega format.
For example:
<pxUpdateDateTime>20150929T040042.900 GMT</pxUpdateDateTime>
Instead of:
<pxUpdateDateTime>2015-09-30T13:51:36.498Z</pxUpdateDateTime>
This format change causes issues with downstream applications that rely on reading a specific format.

Run a BIX extract and observe the format of extracted date properties.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-24436.
