BIX fails to start due to class loading error

Summary
BIX command line process fails to run because of a class loading exception.
Error Messages
[java] 19830421: PRMiniLoader - unable to load classes from the database: Non supported SQL92 token at position: 39
[java] /<your_application>/bix/lib/boot/prbootphase2.jar (No such file or directory)
Steps to Reproduce
Install BIX and run it from the command line.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error
Token replacement was configured in the schema section of the prbootstrap.properties file, and there was a case mismatch between the token file and the reference in the schema information.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Correct the case mismatch in the prbootstrap.properties file.
