BIX Manifest does not include hierarchy structure

If an element with the same name exists in two different levels in the extracted data (for example, a page list at the top level, and then the same page list on an embedded page), there is no way to differentiate them when viewing the BIX Manifest file.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a extract rule and include a pagelist at top level and one at embedded page
2. Run the extract

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules caused the hierarchy structure to not be displayed in the Manifest file.
