Blank modal dialog on installing Smart Investigate for Payments



After installing the Smart Investigate (SI) for Payments 7.11 on Pega 7.2.2, the repeat grid displays a blank modal dialog.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the Smart Investigate for Payments 7.11 on Pega 7.2.2.
2. Launch the SI Manager portal.
3. Select Case Find in the header bar.
4. Select Advanced Find from the Find Message Case menu.
5. Input data for the required field and click Find.
6. Double click the case ID displayed on the repeat grid.

Root Cause

A change in the thread page was the cause for the blank modal dialog.
