Steps to Reproduce

1. Open or Close a rule
2. Open an interaction on the Interaction portal

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. Content type is incorrectly set.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change in the Web.xml file: 
Add the below Mime mapping to the request:
<mime-mapping>
        <extension>xml</extension>
        <mime-type>text/xml</mime-type>
 </mime-mapping>
