A blank row displays when transferring an assignment to another work list or basket using click and drag.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add an editable field in the user assignment list grid
- Use the Drag And Drop function to transfer an assignment
- Refresh the worklist or workbasket
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:- Open the pyWorkUrgencyDraggable rule, Pega-EndUserUI:07-10-15
- Save the rule in the application ruleset
- Navigate to the HTML tab and to the line that invokes pega.u.d.reloadSection
- Set the fifth parameter to False
- Save the rule
