Blank screen and NPE on screen after Save then Function F5

Summary
User upgraded from Pega 7.18 to Pega 7.2.2. If user opens any assignment on Pega 7.2.2, clicks the save button and then Function F5 (PF5) they see a null pointer exception (NPE) on the screen. When user clicks on OK in the exception popup it is displaying a blank case content screen.

Steps to Reproduce
Open any assignment of 7.2.2. cases, click Save then press PF5. The assignment doesn't get refreshed.
Root Cause
There are some null parameters on the stored parameter page that is causing the issue. We need to remove null and undefined parameters from parameter page in loadDeferredDoc API. Also some invalid parameters related to tracker and grid filtering are also contributing to the issue.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34925 for the null pointer exception issue and Hfix-35462 for the Blank screen issue.
