A blank screen displays on clicking the Close button on the Internet Explorer browser.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add a button with the Cancel action on the pyCaseHeaderOuter section
- Open a work item
- Close the work item by clicking the Close button
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Post upgrade to Pega 7.4, the button code of the previous version caused the issue with the Cancel action on the Internet Explorer browser.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add a new button such that the Cancel action is invoked on click of the button.
