Summary
Blank screen displays when switching to an Author application which has pxExpress as the default portal. This occurs on toggling the Turn Off Editing option.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to Pega Developer Studio.
- Switch to Author application.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change: Add another portal such as pyCaseWorker, to the Available Portals list in the Author access group.
