BookMarked URL replaces actual data with incorrect data.
When working on a case and clicking the BookMarked URL, the system opens data of other cases.

Steps to Reproduce
Click the BookMarked URL. The system opens random data of other cases.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Issue in the user application customization. While bookmarking a URL, the primary page was renamed based on a parameter and the required details were retrieved from this page. The bookmark of the URL is not supported in Pega. Additionally, renaming the primary page, and browser operations such as the Back button and opening the same URL in multiple tabs are not supported.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Add validation on the page which displays the task and other details to check if the data loaded is for the correct patient context. If the context is invalid, the error message displays and the details or random records do not display.
- Perform a page-copy to copy the data from the pyWorkpage to the pyDisplayHarness page which is considered as the primary page.
