A blank space is coming between buttons & data.

Steps to Reproduce
Open a rating case in application, in perform mode.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is the harness in which the reported behavior is occuring doesnot have the proper height.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change:
DIV#HARNESS_CONTENT{
height:100% !important;
}
