Browser Average Response time is not coming in the AES Dashboard



Browser Average Response time, Load Info and Cache Summary were not shown in the AES Dashboard screen.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Setup AES 7.1.7 on Tomcat and SQL Server database.
  2. Configure it to monitor Pega 7.1.8 node deployed on Websphere / SQL Server database.
  3. Check if all the details are being displayed in AES Manager portal.
  4. Check if SOAP exceptions are captured in the AES logs.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules with no appropriate Appenders in prlogging.xml


Add Health Appender and Appender-Ref in the prlogging.xml of the monitored node -
