Bulk Action: CreatedDate Filter not retrieving the data

Filter operator (Is Null, Is Before and so on) does not work as expected for a bulk action. The operator phrase "Is Before" should translate to "<" operator and similarly "Is After" should translate to ">" but however every thing translate to "=" operator and user gets the wrong results.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the Bulk Action.
2. Select filter as "CreatedDate" or "Created Date/Time" and value as before any future date.
3. Click on the Fliter Cases button.
4. Expected result is all the cases but due to concerned bug it retrieves no result.

Root Cause

Activity pzPostFilterOperation@baseclass check for a content in pyLanding page and then calls pzPostFilterOperation that applies to Embedded FCondition to perform the translations.
However in this case, there is no landing page and hence the translation never happens and by default "=" is set as filter condition.

Apply HFix–27334.
