Bulk action filter property incorrect after withdrawing property

Summary
The work group class contains a page property with a few properties that are exposed.
In the Bulk Actions landing page, these properties can be selected in the Filter Property section.
If one of these properties is withdrawn (the UpdatedBy property in this case), the other page properties no longer appear in the Filter Property list.

Steps to Reproduce
- Withdraw the UpdatedBy property.
- Check if the LastName property is present in the bulk actions filter drop-down.
- Make the UpdatedBy property available again.
- Check if the LastName property is present in the bulk actions filter drop-down.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34055.
