Bulk Processing 7.1 concerns

You are concerned a user can remove all filters on the Bulk Processing screen and get access to all cases.  You are not able to modify the rules to meet your requirements since the rules are final.

Error Messages

No error message

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login as a user who has the bulk processing option
  2. Select Bulk Actions from the operator menu

Root Cause

The pyCaseManager navigation rule is used to specify the harness used for the bulk processing.  This rule is not final so it can be modified to specify a custom harness that can include custom sections for the bulk processing.  This will allow you to restrict the processing as needed.

The issue is resolved by modifying the pyCaseManager navigation rule to specify a custom harness for use with bulk processing.
Additionally, the product enhancement request item FDBK-10119 was created to review the availability of the bulk processing rules.
