Bulk processing action with Withdraw option works incorrectly



The bulk processing action with the Withdraw option works incorrectly. However, the status of all the cases displays as Failed in the processing results. 

Error Messages

Unable to open the assignment with handle on hover of fail status.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a case and process till wait shape to wait for all child cases to be resolved
  2. Delete the assignment entry for the wait shape in the data base
  3. Perform bulk actions with the Withdraw option. Error message displays on the User Interface (UI)

Root Cause

Assignment for the wait shape is deleted. Unable to find and remove the assignment during the withdrawal. Hence, the status displays as fails.


Perform the following local-change:
Change the WorkObject status to Resolved-Withdrawn using pxForceCaseclose.
