Summary
On transferring a Resolved work object through Bulk Actions, the transfer is marked as 'Successful' even when an assignment is not present to transfer.

Transfer a Resolved work object through Bulk Actions.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Transfer flow actions did not consider if a Resolved work object was valid for Bulk processing.
Resolution
Apply HFix-55968.
