Bulk Transfer fails and Dental Claim is not in Pending status



The following issues occur in Pega Smart Claims Engine for Healthcare 7.31 on Pega 7.3.1,
  1. Bulk Transfer fails and urgency is not updated.
  2. Dental Claims navigate to Open Error instead of to the Pending state and unable to process the Claim.

Steps to Reproduce

Scenario 1:

Not Applicable

Scenario 2:
  1. Open an existing Dental Test Claim Data (TCD).
  2. Process the Claim. Claim moves to the Open Error status instead of the Pending status.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
