Burn down chart values are not correct and are missing data

Summary
The values in the burn down chart are not correct.
The values are shifted by one day or may be missing data for the same day of the week each week with Project Management Framework (PMF) 7.1.2.

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the Dashboard tab in the Sprint view.
- Compare the instances of the PegaProjMgmt-Data-RemainingEffortTracking class where the remaining effort hours are logged and the burn down chart.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
The TrackRemainingEfforts agent was scheduled to run at an incorrect time.
The TrackRemainingEfforts agent should run as late in the day as possible (before midnight) to capture the daily snapshot of the remaining hours and points.
If the server's time zone and the Agent's time cannot be made to line up exactly, then the agent should be scheduled to run on the same day according to the server's time.
In other words, the agent must finish running before midnight according to the server's time.
