Busy Indicator does not disappear after login to the softphone



The busy indicator does not disappear after logging in to the softphone and resizing the screen.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in as CASYSADMIN
  2. Launch the CPM Interaction Portal
  3. Log in to the softphone
  4. Resize the browser screen

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
