Busy indicator does not display on button click

Summary
Configuring a button to run an activity and then a refresh section does not display a busy indicator if the activity is a long running one. This allows a user to click on the button multiple times erroneously.

Steps to Reproduce
Configure a button as follows:
Root Cause
This is a design limitation. The refresh section event has no way of knowing to display a busy indicator when configured this way.
Resolution
The local-change which will produce a busy indicator is to call your activity as a pre-activity within the refresh section event itself depicted below.
