Button configured with activity functions incorrectly in IE

Summary
A section is configured with a few input fields and a button. This button performs a Search using an activity defined on it. In the Internet Explorer browser, the button configured with the activity does not function and the system hangs.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section.
- Add a text input and a button with an activity.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
In the pzpega_ui_formatnumber JavaScript file, a line of code is present which uses the '.includes' function. The Internet Explorer browser does not support this function.
Resolution
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.2.5.
