Buttons Disappearing From Screen When a local action is chosen

Summary



'Save Draft' and 'Generic Actions' buttons displayed in caseheader section disappear, when the case moves to the other screen after selecting a local action  from the options in the local actions dropdown.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Create a button "Generic Action" in pyCaseHeader section and add onclick event as  ShowMenu" with "pyWorkActionsPerform" navigation rule.
2. Add visibility when condition on the button as "pzIsPerform" 
3. In "pyWorkActionsPerform" configure action for "pyLabel" as RunScript and Refresh This Section."Run Script" calls OOTB handleMenuAZction API.
4. Run the portal.From a list of cases at a particular status,select one case and transfer it back to your worklist.
5. From the case,with local actions dropdown,select one local action.
6. In the screen of the selected local action,buttons are disappearing from the top.


Root Cause



A software use or operation error 

In navigation rule user has added RunScript and Refresh This Section action items. Due to refresh this section action , once case moves to next flow action, pyCaseHeader is also refreshed .
Visibility condition is failing as the parameters needed to check the condition are not set .Those are verified once a flow change happens not on flow action change.


Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

Removing "Refresh This Section" action item from navigation rule click event resolved the issue
