Calculation method description does not display on UI

Summary
The 'Calculation method description' and other fields do not display on the UI in Pega Product Composer for Healthcare (PCS) 8.3.
UVCopayDetails section: In Pega Platform 7.3, the first dynamic layout contained the CalculationMethodDescription field. In Pega Platform 8.3, the CalculationMethodDescription field displays only in the second dynamic layout.
UVCoinsuranceDetails section: In Pega Platform 7.3, the first dynamic layout contained the ‘CalculationMethodDescription’ field. In Pega Platform 8.3, the CalculatoinMethodDescription field displays only in the second dynamic layout.
UVOutOfPocketDetailsFixed section: In the configuration for the Family field, Visibility is set to ALWAYS in Pega Platform 7.3. However, in Pega Platform 8.3, this is set to NEVER by default.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Product Template, Product, or Plan.
- Navigate to the Benefit level.
- Select any Copay variation.
- Select the Calculation method. The CalculationMethod fields do not display in the UVCopayDetails and UVCoinsuranceDetails sections. The Family field Visibility condition is set to NEVER in the UVOutOfPocketDetailsFixed section.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: CalculationMethodDescription is missing in the UVCopayDetails and UVCoinsuranceDetails sections.
The Visibility condition change in UVOutOfPocketDetailsFixed section and Family field, is working as expected.
Resolution
Apply HFIX-61026 (for the missing fields).
If the Visibility condition change on the Family field in the UVOutOfPocketDetailsFixed section is required, this is an Available rule which can be overriden with a custom change made to the Visibility condition.
