Calendar month arrows not accessible by keyboard

Summary
The pxCalendarViewGadget's month switch arrow buttons/icons is currently non-navigable with the keyboard as it does not respond to the TAB key so users using assistive technology have no means of cycling through the months.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Launch pyCaseManager7 portal and view the Calendar
2) Attempt to navigate to the month switching buttons/icons with the keyboard
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be resolved in Pega 7.1.8.
