Calibri font is not maintained in the Email Correspondence

Summary
User has a requirement of sending all outgoing email correspondences in Calibri font type with Font Size 12.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create email correspondence.
2. Change source code as per the attachment below.
3. While typing email using Pega Rich Text Editor, delete the initial break and then type email. In Rich Text Editor it still shows Calibri. But when the email is sent, it is received at client's end in Times New Roman font.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The innerText of the RTE body is not setting to Calibri.
Resolution
Add a post processing activity to the Flow Action.
Step 1: Set the HTML Stream to add span beginning tag: <span style="font-family:calibri;">
Step 2: Append the text in RTE and close the span tag.
Step 3: Call the email Out-of-thebox (OOTB) activity.
