Call timer continues to run though the case is resolved
On accessing a resolved interaction from the Recent Interactions section of another interaction, call timer continues to run though the case is resolved.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Interaction portal
- Create a phone call
- Add the contact details
- Close the interaction (phone call)
- Create another phone call
- Open the previous interaction from the Recents section
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The system sent the previous Interaction ID.
