Call timer continues to run though the case is resolved



On accessing a resolved interaction from the Recent Interactions section of another interaction, call timer continues to run though the case is resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Interaction portal
  2. Create a phone call
  3. Add the contact details 
  4. Close the interaction (phone call)
  5. Create another phone call
  6. Open the previous interaction from the Recents section

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The system sent the previous Interaction ID.
