Summary
CallActivity and WorkBasket names are not localized in Audit history.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Create the case and process it
- Resolve the case and check Audit history
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The CallActivity and Workbasket names are not referred from the pyInstructions field value. The AssignmentRouted and OverallSLAExecuteActivity field values are not modified to reflect the translated values.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change and add the steps in ruleset_fr:- Perform the below steps for Workbasket name localization:
- Open pyHistoryMemo.AssignmentRouted an d perform a Save as
- Change 'Assigned to {1 } to {2 InstructionsLookup}.' to 'Assigned to {1 InstructionsLookup} to {2 InstructionsLookup}.'
- Create a field value pyInstructions.<Workbasket Name>
- Perform the below steps for CallActivity name localization:
- Open pyHistoryMemo • OverallSLAExecuteActivity and perform a Save as
- Change 'Executing work object overall SLA action {1}.' to 'Executing work object overall SLA action {1 InstructionsLookup}.'
- Create a field value pyInstructions.CallActivity
