Campaign flow is not working



In user's application, they have configured a campaign and they are trying to call customized campaign flow in their application.

But it is creating a separate phone call interaction tab and it is not working as per the Out-of-the-box (OOTB) campaign flow.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure a campaign.
  2. Try to call customized campaign flow by modifying the campaign fulfillment class.
  3. Override the pyAddRecentListItem in work group.

Root Cause

pyAddRecentListItem has been overridden by user in one of their work group. Ideally, recent functionality should not be overridden.


Perform the same recent changes in campaigns work group also and try modifying the campaign fulfillment class in OOTB.
