Campaign Graph is inconsistent

Summary
Pega Marketing 7.31 on is installed on Pega Platform 7.3.1.
The Campaign graph does not load after changing the default locale to hu_HU.

Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the Operator setting.
- Set the default locale to hu_HU.
- Log out and re-log in to the application.
- Navigate to the Campaign landing page from the Marketing portal.
- Open any wrapped up Campaign. Campaign Graph Summary does not display.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
The Campaign graph displays the execution times of different days. During the calculation, the locale is taken as one of the parameters causing the issue.
Resolution
Apply HFix-52270.
