Campaign run status not updated

Summary
Pega Marketing 7.4 is installed Pega 7.4.
Distribution Test run work object status displays as Scheduled though the corresponding data flow is running.

Steps to Reproduce
- Schedule a Campaign run (Distribution Test) and check the status. The status is 'Scheduled'.
- Navigate to Designer Studio > Decisioning > Decisions > Data Flow > Batch processing. Verify the corresponding data flow. The status is 'In-Progress'.
- Navigate to the Campaign and check the status. The status is still 'Scheduled' even when the campaign is running.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
In the ExecuteProgramTest activity, in Step 1, the status of the work object changes to Open-Running. However, in Step 36, the status is committed to the database. Once Step 36 is completed, the status of the work object test run changes to Running in the UI.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Check the WriteNow option Obj-Save (at Step 18) of ExecuteProgramTest as it is an Available rule.
