Campaigns send SMSes after 10:00 PM

Summary



Short Message Services (SMSes) are sent even after 10 PM, which must be stopped automatically.

Steps to Reproduce



Schedule an SMS campaign for 9 PM, which should run for more than an hour.

Root Cause



The downtime-related Vantage parameters of SMS were not configured according to the requirement.

Resolution



Configure the Vantage parameters given below according to the requirement:
  • VenvWirelessDTOption
  • VenvWirelessDTOptionType
  • VenvWirelessDTStartTime
  • VenvWirelessDTEndTime
  • VenvWirelessDTDaysOfWeek
