Camp_result_proc is not updated in the sending mail process.



Bussiness created a view in the Formerly Chordiant Marketing Directory. When they are executing the campaign to send out emails, the camp_result_proc is not updated with number of emails sent. As a result, they are not able do a re-run of the campaign; otherwise, their customer will be receiving duplicate email.

The User does not have no issues with the other views. They seek the support's advise where they can look so that they are able to track the campaign, and just do a re-run of the campaign.

Error Messages

CAMP_RESULT_PROC table does not get updated even though email campaign is successful.

Steps to Reproduce

Re-running the campaign.

Root Cause

The type_1 and type_2 columns of customer table were populated with alpha-numeric values.


Update type_1and type_2 columns of customer table to contain only numeric values.
