Cancel button triggers validation in case

Summary
If there is a mandatory field in the flow action(case) and user wants to cancel the action, the system is asking the user to provide the mandatory values even for the Cancel action.
Error Messages
Client side validations are thrown as shown below on click of cancel button
Steps to Reproduce
1.Launch Pega’s sample PegaRULES application.
2.Create General Task.
3.Try to click on cancel button without giving input to the mandatory fields.
Root Cause
In the section,pyCaseActionAreaButtons,cancel button is configured to have the action Review on it.
Resolution
Apply HFix-27415Description of changes made through hotfix:
Removed the action Review on cancel button and added the action OpenWorkByHandle.
