Cancel Correspondence action causes Transaction error

Transaction error on performing the 'Cancel Correspondence' out-of-the-box action.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the Pega Survey 7.11 application.
- Click 'Create a Correspondence' to create a correspondence.
- Click the Submit button to complete the assignment.
- Click Cancel Correspondence.
Root Cause
The issue occurred because custom HTML was used for the custom buttons (in WITHCORRCANCELBUTTON). Two submit requests occurred when the custom buttons were clicked. Hence, a stale transaction error message was generated. The log file displayed a transaction ID mismatch error because the buttons had a Form Submit configured onClick and the 'type' was not specified. Since these were inside a form and as no type was specified, Internet Explorer considered the buttons as the Submit button in the 'Standards' mode.

Apply HFix-37391.
