The user can not add a Decision Data Store node.

Steps to Reproduce
Add a Decision Data Store node from Decisioning LP.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Native transport port setting in prconfig.xml was not properly read, causing the Cassandra node to fail.
Resolution
Apply HFix-31569.
