Cannot change password for PEGA administrator



How to change the password for [email protected] .

Error Messages

This record has 1 Error in 1 place
You are not authorized to create, modify, or lock instance DATA-ADMIN-OPERATOR-ID [email protected]

Steps to Reproduce

Logged in as [email protected]
Go to Security tab
Update password


This issue is resolved through the following local change:

1. Login as [email protected]
2. Select Profile from the drop-down next to the operator name to view the Operator Profile
3. Select the Change Password button
4. Enter the password information and click Save
