Cannot create flows and application

Summary
Customer cannot create an application or flows.

Steps to Reproduce
Issue #1: Getting an issue while creating steps under stages of a case
Steps to recreate the issue
- Create a “Case Type”
- Under Stage 1 – Click on “Default step” and change the name
- When trying to save the record the error is occurring
Steps to recreate the issue
Log on into the system
- Click on “Create” present near the Launch in the upper pane
- In the resulting dropdown choose Process->Flow
- In the Resulting screen enter a flow name under Label(without spaces)
- In applies to put class name
- Click on “Create and Open” on the top hand right corner
- After the flow is opened up click on save – you get the error
Root Cause
User’s system production level set to 5 and PMF integration was tuned on.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change: changed production level to 2 and turned PMF integration off.
