Cannot customize dialog message in OOTB Pega Final rules

Summary
Unable to customize the CompositePortalConflict HTML rule. The requirement is to replace the default .pyID used with a custom property in the CompositePortalConflict HTML rule.
ERROR MESSAGES
This CaseType(-pyID) is already open.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a work object from the My Work-list
- Return to open the same work object.
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
The CompositePortalConflict message is a Final rule and cannot be customized.
Additionally, the webwb pega_desktop_docgadget.js JavaScript file where this message is called, is also Final and cannot be customized.
