Cannot disable "Column Command Menu" on summary type report
Summary
For a summary type report, column command menu still displays even though user have unchecked the "Enable Column Command Menu" on report definition Report Viewer tab.
This will not happen in a list type report.
The column command menu displays below options:
- Heading
- Format
- Summary function
- Width
- Delete
- Sort

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a summary type report definition.
2. Unselect "Enable column command menu" checkbox in Report Viewer tab.
3. Run this report on report browser.
Root Cause
This is a bug in Pega 7.2.
In RRDataSummarySpreadsheetHeader, there is no check added for "Enable column command menu" before adding showReportRCMenu onclick event.
Resolution
Apply HFix-37156.
