Cannot get data from email head field "Sender"

Summary
Cannot get data from email head field "Sender" with Pega 7.1.8.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create Email Listener.
2. Create Service Email.
3. User-A must send email to User-B.
4. User-B must resend email to address of Listener Account.
5. Header of this Email contains fields:
From: User-A <[email protected]>
To: Listener Account <[email protected]>
Sender: User-B <[email protected]>
6. Observe it is not able to get data from field Sender.
Root Cause
The operating environment contains the customer header "Sender".
Resolution
By adding "Sender" header manually, issue gets resolved.
