On using a custom filter section for a report definition, unable to invoke a Validate rule to validate the initial filter values when the 'Prompt for filter changes before displaying report' option is enabled.

Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
When a report definition enabled the 'Prompt for filter changes before displaying report' option and the report specified a custom filter section, the harness that displayed the custom filter section (pzRRDisplayCustomFilterSection) was Final. The user must validate the fields in the custom filter section on click of the Submit button. However, the user is unable to validate the fields because the harness rule cannot be changed.

Apply HFix-56277.
